  • Tofu
  • Mushroom
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Black pepper
  • Chili flakes


    • Step 1

      Heat the add few drops of olive oil add chopped garlic, sauté for 30 second.
    • Step 2

      Cut tofu and mushroom into cubes and add in the pan, sauté mushroom and tofu for a minute add some salt, chilli flakes. Your dish is ready to serve.
    • Step 3

      Garnish with some fresh parsley.
